GENERAL VENDOR RULES
1. Booth Placement
All booth placements are carefully mapped and planned. We will do our best to accommodate requests; however, final booth placement is at the discretion of show management.

2. Vendor Signage
All vendors must clearly display their business name within their booth using a banner, tablecloth, sign, placard, or similar professional signage.

3. Stay Within Your Booth Space
Your booth is your booth! All products, displays, signage, racks, and other materials must remain within your assigned space. Please do not block aisles or interfere with neighboring booths.

4. Keep the Peace
Disturbances, harassment, threatening behavior, or inappropriate conduct involving vendors, staff, or attendees will not be tolerated.

ODDITIES, TAXIDERMY & SPECIMEN RULES
5. No Real Bats
Real bats are strictly prohibited from sale or display, including whole bats, taxidermy, skeletons, skulls, preserved specimens, or products containing real bat parts.

6. No Human Remains
